Both within UA and across the UA system, several joint, cooperative, dual, and combination graduate programs have been established to capitalize on programmatic strengths and synergies, and to strengthen career pathways.
University of Alabama graduate programs with University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) and/or University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB)
To use the educational resources of the state more effectively and to prevent excessive duplication of graduate programs, The University of Alabama, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville have agreed to the establishment of several joint and/or cooperative graduate programs.
