The Supply Chain Analytics (SCA) graduate certificate program provides students with a fundamental understanding of the complex relationships involved in a supply chain and techniques related to their analysis. The objective of this certificate program is to introduce students to tools, techniques, and methods that aid supply chain professionals in properly identifying, evaluating, and analyzing supply chain issues, which then supports effective decision-making to improve the efficiency and productivity of firms that compose a complex supply chain.
Admissions Requirements
To be considered for admission, applicants must have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university by the time of initial enrollment. Previous academic history, letters of recommendation, demonstrated motivation and aptitude to undertake graduate-level work and professional experience are all taken into consideration.
In addition to the Graduate School admissions requirements, you must provide a professional resume, one letter of recommendation from an individual that can assess your readiness for a master’s level certificate program, and a Statement of Purpose. GMAT or GRE scores are not needed.
Current graduate students may combine their degree with a graduate certificate.
Curricular Requirements
- Minimum Required Hours: 12 credit hours
- All 12 credit hours earned in the SCA certificate program may be used directly toward the completion of the MS Operations Management degree program.
- The overlap of the certificate with the associated degree program is intentional as the certificate may serve as a steppingstone to the full degree program for those who are non-degree students. This is a stackable credentials approach to graduate education that offers individuals knowledge advancement and flexibility.
